At Cruise Cape Fear, we aim to provide you with an exceptional and memorable experience. To maintain the quality of our services and ensure the availability of our charters, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of the scheduled charter date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the charter will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the charter date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit or payment made.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
No-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds. Late departures will result in a loss of time on the water and will end at the scheduled booking time.
We recommend arriving at the departure location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
In the event of adverse weather conditions or circumstances that may compromise safety, Cruise Cape Fear reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter at our discretion.
If we cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Changes to the reservation date or time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
Modifications to the reservation within 3 days of the charter date may incur additional charges.
Group charters and special events may have unique cancellation and payment terms, which will be communicated during the booking process.
